Mark is an exceptional piano teacher with all the qualities needed to make learning the piano fun and rewarding!
I really can't recommend him any higher than I already do!.
Caroline
Mark has been teaching my two sons for 5 years with great success, the last two years via skype lessons (we live in the UK).
Both boys started as beginners and have progressed at a good pace, with excellent exam results.
Mark adapts the lesson to each student, making it challenging but fun.
The boys enjoy the lessons each week. I can thoroughly recommend Mark to any parent looking for a piano teacher for their children.
Anna louise
Mark is a great teacher. He is enthusiastic, passionate and has a sense of humour to keep things light and engaging.
He has so much knowledge and wisdom to share and is a natural teacher, allowing the classes to flow naturally and with variety.
He is able to match the classes and content effortlessly to my level. I feel blessed to have found him.
Herminda
A great professional with great skills for musical training. He makes you feel the music.
Catherine
Our 8 year old son has had piano lessons with Mark since he was 6.
From the beginning, Mark very quickly put Tom at ease and he obviously has a great rapport with children.
Mark is an inspiring, patient and thorough teacher whose primary objective has always been Tom's enjoyment in playing the piano.
This approach and the joint dedication of teacher and pupil has helped Tom achieve Grade 1 Merit and Grade 2 Distinction in ABRSM exams.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark as a piano teacher.
Susan
During 13 months' learning, my son was amazed and impressed by your wonderful teaching, he said you are the best piano teacher he ever met in his real life.
We do deeply appreciate your outstanding professional skills very much indeed.
Once again, many thanks for your excellent teaching, it has greatly enriched and delighted my son's life.

I really can't recommend him any higher than I already do!.
Gemma
Mark is a great teacher! My son goes to his classes happy and learns quickly and pleasantly.
At home we see his advances daily and how he is increasingly awakening his passion for the piano.
He is also preparing for the ABRSM exams and so can prove the training he has in this instrument for the future.
I recommend him 100%.
Clare
Mark is an outstanding piano teacher. He teaches my two grandsons (age 9 and 8) and is inspirational in the way he motivates and encourages them.
He sets, and achieves, high standards for technique and performance (a high distinction in Grade 1 recently, for one of them, in his first experience of ABRSM exams), but piano lessons and music making are always fun, and practising between lessons is never a chore.
He has a great rapport with children (and with grandmas too!) and has been an important influence in fostering the boys’ love and understanding of music. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Manuel
Great teacher and an excellent person. I recommend him for anyone who wants to learn the piano, regardless of their level.
Fiona
I have had experience with several piano teachers, and can confidently say that Mark is the best piano teacher I have met. He teaches my 7 year old son who is making very rapid progress.
He is friendly, very professional, and has a lovely manner with children. I would recommend him to anyone.
Jane and Tom
Mark is an enthusiastic, kind, and supportive piano teacher who we feel really fortunate to have discovered for our two young children. Our daughter (8) has been studying with Mark for three years and we have been delighted by her progress and recent high merit in Grade 1.
Our son (6) also enjoys his lessons as Mark relates to children incredibly well, while also being an extremely talented and committed musician who encourages his students to progress.
Both children look forward to their lessons at Mark’s house and through his professional approach and experience he has made a major contribution to their love and understanding of music. We highly recommend Mark.
